Colloquium on the Ancient Near East
The Colloquium on the Ancient Near East is a series of lectures jointly organised by the Institutes for Assyriology and Hethitology and of Near Eastern Archaeology. At weekly intervals, current research work is presented and discussed. The circle of speakers is explicitly open to everybody and is meant to encourage lecturers at the institutes with their current research, students with their qualification theses, members of projects, visiting scientists, representatives of neighbouring subjects or also free scientists.

Current announcements will be posted and texts - where required - will be distributed at the institutes.
The event takes place on Tuesdays, from 6-8 pm c.t., in room A 119 in the main building of the LMU
